The Fremont-Custer Historical Society has produced a commemorative envelope that is absolutely stunning - it has the Royal Gorge Quilt Council Sesquicentennial quilt as a chachet. The envelope is stamped with a Civil War commemorative stamp - also 150 years since the start of that terrible war. The envelope is then postmarked with a wonderful postmark, stating the Sesquicentennial Station, Fremont County, dated November 1, 2011 - the birthday of the Fremont County in Colorado - established officially by the Territorial Legislature on November 1, 1861.
